I don't see how to add shows to my heard live list?
Make sure you are logged in. Once you have logged in, each tour year list should have check boxes and a "Submit/Update" button at the bottom of the page that will allow you to update your list year by year.
How can I remove shows from my heard live list?
Make sure you are logged in. Once you have logged in, each tour year list should have check boxes and a "Submit/Update" button at the bottom of the page that will allow you to update your list year by year. Just deselect the shows you don't want included.
Can you play *insert song here* at *upcoming show*?
We are not Hanson, we are only a fan site and we do not have any control over what songs Hanson does or does not end up putting in their setlists. If you have a song you'd like to hear at an upcoming show, you might want to try tweeting it to them @hansonmusic or posting in the forums at hanson.net and hoping for the best!
What is the setlist for *upcoming show*?
Hanson likes to switch up their setlist for each show on their tours. While we may have a general idea of what songs may or may not be included on a setlist, we cannot predict the future and cannot tell you what the setlist will be for a show until after it has happened and has been submitted by a setlist keeper.
I went to a show that you don't have listed
Send as much information as you can about the show (Date, City, State, Venue, etc.) to email@example.com and we will get that date added into the database
I am pretty sure that Hanson sang *insert song here* at *insert show here*
If you think a setlist is incorrect, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the song you think should be added to the set. Bonus points if you have a youtube video or article that mentions them performing that song.
What does it mean when a show is marked as being a partial setlist?
In most cases if a show is marked as partial, we did not have a setlist keeper for that show or it is from before the site was keeping track and the songs performed that are on the site were pieced together from various sources (twitter, instagram videos, google searches, etc.) We may have songs listed that were not performed at that show, be missing songs or not be in the correct order. If you can help out with a partial setlist (even if it is just a song or two) contact us at email@example.com

I have a ticket to a show that you have marked as not having a ticket!
If you have a ticket to a show that is marked as not having a ticket, please send it using the Send a Ticket link and we will get it added!
I am going to an upcoming show, how can I help you with the setlist?
Keep an eye on the blog and our social media accounts, where we will post about sign ups for setlist keepers before the tour kicks off along with ways to submit them to us. If the show has passed, you can always just submit it using the Send a Setlist link as well!
What does it mean that a song is "Unreleased"? Do these songs really exist?
Songs listed as Unreleased are songs we have heard titles of from various sources over the years. These may have been working titles, songs from Fool's Banquet that ended up released by other artists, or any number of things. The songs may not be finished and they may never show up in a setlist, but at some point the titles were mentioned so we added them to the database. Unreleased is basically an umbrella for any track we have in the database that doesn't fall under any of the other album categories.
I don't think the lyrics for *insert song* are correct
If you think you have found an incorrect lyric, let us know! Unless the songs lyrics were in the linear notes of an album, they have been compiled from various sources. It is entirely possible that something has been misheard. (Especially if it is a Taylor lead! :P)
You don't have a lead singer listed for *insert song* but it is *insert brother*
Noting which brother is singing lead on the songs is a work in progress. If you can fill in some of the blanks, please let us know and we will get the listings updated!
Is there a way to search for lyrics based on key words?
There is! The search can be found in the "Lyrics" drop down or directly at: Lyrics Search
Songs Heard Live
How do I sign up for a list of what songs I have heard live?
To register, just fill out the signup form and you will be emailed an activation link to verify your email address. Make sure you type it in correctly as we do often get kicked back activation emails due to typos in email addresses. Once you have an activated account and are logged in, you will be able to go to the tour dates for each year and add to your list. There will be a button available to take you to your full list from any tour page or the header! Being logged in will also unlock some other features throughout the site based on your show list.
I don't see how to add shows to my heard live list?
Make sure you are logged in. Once you have logged in, each tour year list should have check boxes and a "Submit/Update" button at the bottom of the page that will allow you to update your list year by year rather than the giant monster list of every show ever we had before. Shows will not have the check box available until they have happened.
My show count is off because I count Disney shows as 1 show per day, not 3!
When signing up for an account, you can now select this when setting up your account. If you already have an account, changes to this setting can be made from your profile page.
My show count is off because I count Back to the Island solo shows as 1 show, not 3!
As of early February 2018, all solo shows are now listed separately in the database. If you prefer to count them as 1 instead of 3 separate shows you can select this when signing up or if you already have an account you can change this setting from your profile page.
My show count listing looks messed up since you split the BTTI Solo shows into 3 shows instead of 1.
If anything looks off in your list please Email us and with your email address and username and a brief description of what looks messed up so we can look into it and correct it for you!
I don't think that pre-show Members Only Events should count as a separate show, so my show count is off!
If you are just registering for an account, you can select how you wish your Members Only (Pre Show) events to be counted. If you are already a member, you can modify the settings on your profile page. This way the songs will be added to your "heard live" list, but will not be considered a separate show if you do not wish to count them that way.
I know that the setlist for *insert show* says *insert song* but it is not showing up on my list as having heard it!
If you have an discrepancies with your song count that is not showing songs that are on setlists for those shows, please use the Contact Us form and let us know what songs and what shows so we can look into it and get things updated!

My show list is off since the 2020 site update, can you fix it?
The 2020 update utilizes a new system for show dates and while we tried to convert all existing accounts, some may not have accepted the change. You will need to add the shows back manually as the time limit for us doing these changes has passed and the old system has since been removed.
Keep an eye on the blog and our social media accounts, where we will post about sign ups for setlist keepers before the tour kicks off along with ways to submit them to us. If the show has passed, you can always just submit it using the Submit a Setlist link as well!
Send a Ticket
I want to send a ticket, but can you edit out the barcode?
All tickets submitted for the site will not be posted until after the event has passed. Any personal information on tickets will be edited out before they are posted on the site. We ask that you please don't edit the tickets yourself so that the edits will be uniform.
I have a ticket that looks different than the one you have posted, should I send it?
Yes, please! We are trying to get both e-tickets and hard tickets where available and sometimes there are other special ticket editions as well so please submit whatever you've got!
I sent you a ticket, but I don't see it posted?
Tickets are not posted until after the show has passed. We also are only able to post 2 tickets on the setlist page generally a hard ticket and an e-ticket. If we get more than 2 submissions we will post whichever ones look the best, please don't take offense if we don't end up posting yours as we appreciate everyone who helps out and sends in tickets! If the show has passed and there are not 2 tickets posted, please send it again to make sure that we have it!
Keeping up this site must be expensive, is there any way I can help out?
We have set up a virtual tip jar if you like the work we've been doing and want to help out! We appreciate the support
Have a question that hasn't already been answered here? Use the Contact Us form and we will get back to you ASAP!
